Booking Terms
  • Standard Fees & Policy: Standard professional performance fees apply to all live dates. We cannot accept door-split, low-budget, or self-funded offers - it takes us away from our families and studio time.
  • UK Travel & Accommodation: For bookings over 2 hours or 100 miles outside the TA6 (Bridgwater) radius, reasonable travel coverage (and hotel accommodation if our set finishes past 1:00 AM) is required.

Tech & Hospitality Baselines
We keep our requirements simple, reasonable, and focused on delivering the best possible performance for your venue.
  • Standard Technical Rider: 2x Pioneer CDJ-2000NXS2 (or CDJ-3000s) + 1x Pioneer DJM-900NXS2 (or DJM-A9/V10) connected via Pro DJ Link. Standalone systems (AlphaTheta XDJ-AZ or Pioneer XDJ-XZ) are accepted as standard alternatives. No laptop-dependent controllers. Uncompromised, high-powered booth monitoring is essential for our sets.
  • Booth Power Requirements: Minimum 3x mains power sockets required in/near the booth for camera and audio recording equipment (must be available on arrival).
  • Hospitality & Guest List: Basic greenroom/booth drinks (still water, beers/spirits) and 4x guest list allocation for team/media.

HERATIKS are currently heavily locked in the studio prioritising original productions and collaborations, official remixes, and upcoming label releases.
To protect studio delivery dates and family time, our live performance schedule is strictly selective. We love playing high-energy sets and partnering with professional promoters and venues who truly value the energy we bring to events and festivals. Because our availability is limited, bringing HERATIKS to your lineup offers a genuine level of exclusivity for your event.
